Job Description:  Responsible for finding and retaining clients through effective marketing and sales practices at the branch. An entry-level professional who needs to learn, develop and execute the knowledge, skills and abilities related to the industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work well with branch team members to generate leads and improve business.
 - Focus on marketing activities, generate leads and get customers to regularly walk into the branch for business.
 - Make a list of possible customers as reference for future business. 
 - Visiting NBFC’s in and around 5 km radius of the branch and help in getting leads and business from them by going along with the ABM/BM
 - Assist in achieving the set sales target. 
 - Transport and submit gold to HO/ another branch regularly at the end of the day.
 - Assist in achieving the set sales target. 
 
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
 - Basic computer knowledge.
 - Self-motivation to learn and to attain targets.
 - Ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
 
Experience 
- Fresher or experience in sales/ lead generation.
 
Qualification - Bachelor's Degree from any background.
